Hunting idle

So I have an 02 d17 and I just had the head rebuilt; new HG, tbelt and water pump and when I got it all back together it would idle perfect until it gets warm then it surges from 1000- 2000. I scanned it and got codes for coolant temp sensor and iac so replaced both and still it occurs.

pill have to google how to do an idle relearn, haven’t tried that but coolant system is fully burped
