This is positioned directly underneath the thermostat housing. It broke off while reinstalling the engine.

I can't find it.

When searching online I find two different types of shift solenoids, labeled A and b. I can't find any reference as to which one this might be.

I suppose I could just order both and see which one works, there's no markings or writings on this part at all.

I can't tell from the pic, but do you know exactly where it connects? Or what system it might plug into? it looks like it's a sensor and not a solenoid

and since you posted up in the transmission sub-forum, but do you have a manual or auto?

edit: I think I found it. You have an auto tranny, yeah? If I did find it, you're right, I'm wrong, it's a solenoid, part number 28400-P6H-013, #4 on the diagram below:

You're looking at probably $100-120 at a dealership, $80 or so shipped at hondaautomotiveparts.com (or any other online parts dealer)
