I have a 00" ex with a d15b8 non-vtec with a P2P ECU that is throwing a p1475 code. This was a swapped motor. When I got the car there were a bunch of codes, all I have fixed all except this one. I notice a gas smell as well, to keep in mind. The evap canister is in the engine bay on the firewall, on the vapor canister, there is a white cap that is plugging the "purge" inlet/outlet plastic tube. ALSO there is no purge solenoid to by found in my engine bay and even the wiring connector. The IACV hoses look like they are bypassed and there is no connector to fit to it. I am very very confused on what is happening and I would love some help. Would someone be able to help me identify which intake I have?
Here are some photos This is the white plug over the purge valve There is no purge solenoid anywhere, not in the plastic of the fuel rail and there is no extra inlet in the intake. The only connecter that would fit a replacement purge solenoid that I've found was on the air filter intake map sensor and another sensor on the vapor canister. All having blue inside the connector. back of intake where the back inlet connects to the previous mechanic bypassing the IACV valve... I do not know what to think top photo of the intake
I have looked at factory parts and the diagrams, but had little luck. The back of the intake has a spot where an old evap solenoid bolts onto and the inlet hose has something else connected to it, which I can T up to that with a solenoid I can install. But i cant find the 2 pin connector on the wiring harness I have for the solenoid, if I can look at the diagram of that would be helpful but I haven't been able to find it yet. Still learning the different civic configs.
1. I need to pass inspection, why this is pretty important to me to fix this code.
2. Will MPG be improved if I have the entire evap system connected?
3. Do I need to upgrade from my P2P ECU?
Thank you in advance

The main problem is that it's a swapped engine that didn't normally come in the car. The computer is looking for the normal engine and everything that should be connected to it. Everything needs to be in stock configuration
Thank you for pointing that out i am fully aware of that. I’m asking so I can get some helpful information on diagnosing and troubleshooting. The ECU was changed with the new engine, and maybe the harness.
