won't shift into 4th gear

won't shift into 4th gear
I have a 2005 Honda Civic ex that automatic transmission won't shift into 4th gear. When I go from 3rd to 4th the driving doesn't seem to
change but the rpm goes down. I have about 235,000 miles on it right now. The cruise control is working at present but the console light
is out.

you posted on the 1-5th gen car section, very different cars
