05 Civic manual transmission fluid
Im wanting to change my transmission fluid, Honda recommends their mtf fluid which I have one quart of. I dont have access to anymore at the moment besides eBay and was looking for an alternative. What would you guys recommend and what weight is the fluid? I most likely wont mix them though

Looks to take 1.9 qts to fill manual transmission. Use Honda brand mtf only. Other brand mtf fluids could potentially damage the gear synchros by harming specific metals the synchros are made from.
Not worth taking the risk...wait to do the change after you receive the Honda mtf.
During the mtf change make sure to remove the fill bolt first before removing the drain bolt. You don't want to be in a position in-which the oil is drained and you're unable to remove the fill bolt.
