Transmission fluid dark and Dirty

Transmission fluid dark and Dirty
Just drained and refilled the automatic transmission fluid on my 02 civic lx, however should I be concerned with it since it was really dark and dirty. I asked the previous owner and he said he never had it changed and it has 180K miles. Normal transmission fluid change interval is like every 60K but I might have to do it sooner. If so, how many miles should I drive before il drain and refill it again. Transmission fluid is way cheaper than tranny but it may be to late and damage is done

Do it 2 or 3 more times, take it for like a 10 min drive between drain and fills, make sure it engages all the gears and gets warm
