What steps have you taken to inspect and diagnose for this new problem?

Is the trans lube full?
Did you not refill the trans with the proper lubricant after you did the clutch job?
Did it leak out?
Did an axle pop out?
Did an axle break?
Did the shifter all of a sudden feel super loose?

Re: trainny issues help please

tranny has lube the same lube it was there before.
i didn't leak out.
today i look at the axles and they are fine and in place.
shifter feels the same.

i notice today that i can put the car in gear a had a friend start the car while i watch the axles a the didn't move now i can tell the tranny is putting output because if a put in gear i can hear it grading it become Lauder with a higher gear tomorrow im going to putting in a lift and check underneath the car and on the weekend im planing to remove the tranny if i cant see whats wrong.

thank you in advanced.

What sort of clutch kit?
Well known brand name?
Ultra cheapo?

Did you test fit the disc on the splines of the input shaft before install?
Did the new disc fail somehow?

Re: trainny issues help please

If the axle does not pop in and latch securely, there's a problem.
If it doesn't latch, pull it all the way out and see if it sheared the end off at the snap ring groove.

It did shears a bit of the end should I replace it anyway?

Re: trainny issues help please

Yeah if they will exchange it, I'd replace it.
Hope the shavings from the splines on the end don't cause other issues in the trans later on.

Question would have to be, was it not fully seated when you assembled it, or was the snap ring weak and couldn't keep it from popping out on its own?
