Maybe it's not the pushrod.

How about....can you operate the clutch fork arm with a large screwdriver and see if the noise is still there without the slave in the picture?

I know this post is 10 years old but hopefully someone sees that knows how to fix this issue. How did you fix yours hondaguy? I put some of the best bearing grease money can buy on the csc rod (polished and put on both ends)and still have the damn squeaking from clutch fork. If I even lightly touch the clutch fork it goes away. Wondering if when adjusting my clutch pedal it's to loose. Meaning loose rod not pushing on the clutch fork enough?

There are two concave parts on the clutch fork, did you grease them both? One where the clutch piston pushes, and one where the clutch fork pivots in the middle.
