clutch problems

this happened before I installed my clutchmaster stage 3 clutch.. so dont blame it on that... :P
ok anyways heres the story.. im driving normally.. and when shifting my clutch sticks to the floor... like its gue.. IM like wtf.... so I stop the car 4 blinker on and push the clutch out... it works... but its got a 1 inch gap of clutch... so elts assume this... this is my clutch

1-2-3-4-5-6-7

1- meaning pedals down as opposed to
7- pedal up...

the clutch only works between points 1-2
from 3-7 is completely useless and has no activity whatsoever with the clutch...
did you guys get me.. I feel like its stuck to the ground and its SOOOOOOO sensitive.. whats wrong??? its happened to me twice.. the ffirst time I pulled it out and it was fine.. now?? its stuck... but still works
