Transmission fluid

hey i have a 2001 honda civic manual transmission and im gonna do a transmission flush and wondering if you knew the best tranny fluid or recommend kind.

some said a honda manuel fluid and some told me a cynthetic motor oil...

Sure if you want to pay a lot. Nothing wrong with 10W30 motor oil in your favorite conventional or synthetic blend. It's a Honda recommended alternative.
