Buying a 7th gen Questions

Getting ready to buy a 7th gen. Found one with some hail damage.
What should I look out for???

currently has 135k. Asking 4,000, manual transmission

Items done at 100k
timing belt
water pump
pads and rotors
plugs
fluids flushed
brand new tires

Check the compression. 4k seams too much

check if the transmission is noisy when ideling by engaging the clutch and hearing if the car sound change
Drive it at high rpm for 10 minutes or so and check if the coolant overflow tank became full
Check for any oil leaks, cracked compliance bushings and any play in the wheels
