I need help n a diagnosis??!!

I need help n a diagnosis??!! So i did a compression test on my 03 civic since its smoking after starting from the intake manifold. Head gasket was supposedly replaced. I changed the thermostat to oem and the coolant fan sensor.
I wanted you guys opinion on what it could be as to why my compression test yielded that cylinders 2&3 were extremely low.
The compression psi test showed
CLY 1 -125-127psi
CLY 2 - 50 psi
CLY 3 - 24-26 psi
CLY 4 - 160 psi
could it be bent valves?
Pistons?
Camshaft ?
Just want to know what to have the shop look for or repair.
