Click When Turning Crankshaft

Hi all, I have a 2003 Civic HX that overheated. I have had the head reworked and took oil pan off. Can anyone tell me if this click while turning the crank is normal? I’m not sure if it’s from a wrist pin or something else. It’s the first time this engine has been disassembled. I would appreciate any thoughts on this. Have a great day.

I cannot seem to watch the video I tried to upload. So I will try to elaborate. As I turn the crankshaft there is a distinct click that I hear just once as the pistons go through their revolution. It appears to come from either the second or third cylinder, but it’s hard to tell. Before tear down, I replaced the thermostat and radiator hoping to solve the issue. After about 15 miles the car began overheating again, so I shut it down and added additional coolant and got it back home. Other than the overheating after a few minutes it still ran and idled very well with no knocking at all. I’m ready to begin putting this engine back together, but this click has me a bit concerned, so I thought I’d come hear for a second or third opinion. Anyone know if this click is normal? Was thinking it may be a possibility that the girdle on the bottom with plugs may have something to do with it. Thank you.
