Cooling system

Hello,
I’ve got a 2003 Honda Civic 1700 LX,does anyone know if it’s normal for the car, when it’s been standing overnight (12 hours) to still have the cooling system pressurized,I removed the rad cap this morning, just to check the level, and as I removed it,I could hear the system equalizing, and a small amount of coolant being displaced from the top of the rad,the coolant level reaches the top off filler, thanks!

Re: Cooling system

No that's not normal. Try a new radiator cap.
