02 civic ex auto cylinder 1 misfire "help needed"

Hello I've tried using the search and could not find anything similar. My girlfriend has an 02 auto civic dx and has a cylinder 1 only misfire, I've changed plugs, swapped coils, and also injectors and cylinder 1 is the only cylinder with a random misfire it happens more when the engine is cold or if there is moisture in the air, but once it warms up the misfire usually goes away, I checked for coolant in the oil and none was found and the cars coolant level is still good. Please help I'm banging my head against a wall trying to figure this out without my tools which are 2000 miles away any help would be appreciated we are in ocala fl area.

Re: 02 civic ex auto cylinder 1 misfire "help needed"

You need to find the issue first.

You're missing spark, fuel or compression.

-Check for a strong white/blue spark.

-remove all coil wires so the car wont start, crank the engine over a few times, make sure you're getting fuel into the cylinder.

-if both check out test compression; you can rent a compression tester at an auto store.

....

When you find out what you're missing, let us know and we can help trouble shoot that issue.

What do you mean "?" If he has cracks in his manifold the air/fuel ratio will be off and cause a misfire.
