P1259 Code

I pulled my codes and got the P01259 code. Researching, I thought it was the VTEC Mechanism, so I ordered it. When I went to install it, it looks like there’s not one, just two plugs not plugged up. But doesn’t look like one goes there??? Is there a blank off that can be used to bypass this or maybe I received the wrong part. It’s a 2001 Honda Civic EX.
