What do you call to this part?
Please can someone tell me what do you call to the encircle part on the image above? Engine oil is leaking in that part. What should I fixed there?

That part is just a cover, it would not cause a leak. With how much leaking fluid I see in the pic you will need to thoroughly clean the engine block, go for a drive, then pinpoint where the leak originates from. On the transmission side of the engine it is likely a VTEC solenoid or cam plug seal leak, possibly the rear main seal but I'd be surprised.
