New oil pan leaking 2005 LX help!

Had the dealer replace my oil pan on 2005 Civic LX. Now it’s leaking a bit every day. Seems to be mostly on the passenger side. I’m noticing the oil running along the seam between the engine and transmission. To me it almost looks like something isn’t installed right. Is there supposed to be a gap between the two or should it be flush? Going back to the dealer on Saturday, but just thought I’d ask if anyone knows if this looks “normal” or not or what maybe the mechanic did wrong. I’ll update pics.

Oil accumulation along this seam.

This pic shows sings of a crack. Appears has had some type of impact from the looks of it.
