Help help. 04 civic si

Only when it rains. My car does not let me exceed 3000 rpms in 2 ,3,4 and 5th. Can anyone help. Starts boggin and won't go faster.

cannot test anything electrical. Not that mechanically inclined to perform the task. I'm guessing water is hitting some fuse.

yes a few not much. Don't know all mods done yet bought it from a used dealer about a week ago. Haven't got the chance to look under the car for anything yet.

2) Did you realize that if you take the first initial of your first name and combine it with your full last name you have: Pennis
