I have an 04 civic and there are several wires that run along the inside of the radiator. Two lead to the O2 sensors, up/down stream. There is another one that splits midway. One split runs to the evap canister, the other runs to the ac compressor. At some point I think these wires fell along the exhaust manifold and melted. Now there is some exposed wire. I haven't been able to find a part number or anything, but I am looking for a replacement for these sections of wiring. I could wire it myself, but there is an intermediate connector between this stage of wiring and the one that leads to the ac compressor. This leads me to believe that there may be a replacement part.
I also have two codes, P0420 and P1447. I suspect the faulty wiring to the evap canister is causing both of these. Exhaust system is less than a year old so I know the cat isn't bad and causing the 420.
Re: 04 Civic DX AC Compressor/EVAP canister wiring
This is the section of wiring. Considering both parts are connected to ac components I suspect I don't need them with the lines disconnected. When they ground out on each other I'm guessing the compressor clutch engages on and off, which explains some of the surging I get at idle. It doesn't happen if I keep them separated. I taped them up with electrical tape.
Where is the EVAP canister located on this vehicle, in order to address the 1457?

In the back near the fuel tank. EVAP faults are usually a pain to troubleshoot. Take a look under there for chewed up wiring. Otherwise, at a minimum you will need a handheld vacuum pump/gauge and some electrical know-how.
