Repin MT cluster to turn on reverse lights on AT car

Hey guys, so I have a 05 MT EX cluster in my 04 AT LX civic. I don't have reverse lights. I saw on another thread that the MT cluster does not have a gear selector like an AT cluster so it cannot get input to turn on reverse lights. Is there any way to repin the MT cluster to activate reverse lights on my AT civic? Or can anything be done to turn on the reverse lights? I would love to keep the MT EX cluster. Is there a reverse light switch on the automatic transmission? If so where? Should I just install auxiliary reverse lights? Thanks in advance!

The cluster has absolutely nothing to do with the reverse lights. There is a transmission range switch the powers a relay to turn on the lights.
