Car honks at me if I open a door and remove the key from the ignition

I bought an 04 Civic a few months ago and not long after buying it I noticed that it honks at me several times if I remove the key from the ignition with a door open, even if I never closed the door to begin with. It’s really bizarre because each honk is at a different speed and interval, and the car doesn’t beep at me or chime if the key is in the ignition and a door is open. I don’t know if this is an electrical problem or if a previous owner installed an after market alarm, but it’s incredibly irritating. There’s also a switch drilled into one of the switch blanks and I have no clue what it does, I just assumed it was a light for the cruise control before I realized it was a button.

Suspicious red button

Probably an aftermarket alarm, rip it out and put the wiring back to factory.
