2005 Honda Civic SE DRL passenger High beam

2005 Honda Civic SE DRL passenger High beam
the passenger high beam is not working the DRL light is on, on the dash tried a new bulb and drl module and it is still not working anyone have any idea what else it could be?

Then you probably have a short in the wiring somewhere.
