Red face headlight level problem

I have a problem with the headlight levelling system on my 2004 civic executive ,its not working at all headlights and dip work ok ,but no action from levelling adjuster switch on dash,Has anybody had similar problems and I would like a wiring diagram for this section as the Haynes manual doesn't appear to have it and I would lie to know were this part of the wiring picks up its supply feed to help diagnose the fault .Any help would be appreciated thanks

Re: headlight level problem

The headlight levelling swiitch is located on the dash ,this operates motors situated in headlamps and moves the headlamps higher or lower ,it has no electrical supply to motors etc ,.the only thing I gave was incorrect year should be 2002. I need a diagram of wiring to trace fault ,I am sorry you dont know what I am talking about . thanks

Re: headlight level problem

well, most of us members are in North America, the 7th gen here never had a level adjustment (I am assuming that is the adjustment for high loaded cars to change the beam direction when the front is lifted due to having too much things in the car)
we only had the beam adjustment, mechanical. European members come here to ask question, we have not seen any that helps answer questions, so you will depend on european members to help you.

Again, post pictures. There has to be some sort of supply to the motors or they're not going to do anything.

Re: Headlight/indicator problem

Hi thanks for your replies ,I am sorry if caused any offence, it was not intentional, you are correct it is a European model which has this feature to counteract for loading .Since request I have found a circuit for a Honda Accord which I think is appropriate for the Civic, the supply is fed to the headlight motors through a relay activated in conjunction with a supply from parking light, so I just need to get location of appropriate relay and lamp .i will try a local dealer to see if he has info on circuit from a works manual, thanks for your help
