2002 Honda Civic LX alternator loses power

2002 Honda Civic LX alternator loses power
New to this
I have a 2002 honda civic Lx when I start the car the Alternator makes a squeaky loud noise after a few mins it goes alway. But once I turn the ac it looses power again. .. some people told me its a losse ground some where ? What can cause this to happen?
also have the battery and alternator tester battery test is fine but the alternator lights do not light up not until a few minutes but once you turn on the AC those lights just a girl alternator loses power
