2004 civic Ex headlight alert...won’t shut off

A couple weeks ago I noticed when I remove my keys and open the door the alarm saying the headlights are left on comes on. If I shut the door it shuts off, if I put the keys back in the ignition it gives me the keys in ignition beep. The headlights are not left on, I left the door open the other day and pulled fuses, neither headlight fuse shut it off when pulled. But pulled the ignition fuse DID shut it off. What do you guys think it could be? I can’t find a similar issue anywhere online

Watch the first Youtube one on the driver's door switch. These switches can become mangled - especially by mistake if a seatbelt buckle gets caught between the door and the switch as you slam it closed. In your case, since the buzzer does not work, the switch would be stuck on/broken and think the door is always open.

so the issue of the headlight on alarm is only when the door is open. Once I shut the door the alarm shuts off. If I put the key in the ignition and open the door I get the key left in chime. If I pull the key and open the door I get the headlight alarm. The lights are not on, and the only way I’ve found to get the alarm to stop is to pull the ignition fuse but obv I can’t leave it out
