Fans cut on then stop

I recently had my head, thermostat, hoses, thermostat housing, and gaskets all replaced. I got the car back and noticed my air and gear are not blowing out. I turn the a/c on and the fans kick on and immediately turn back off. Can anyone help me figure this thing out?

Sooooo the blower fan does not work? If it doesn't work the AC is turned off by the control unit.

Turn car on
turn fan controls on full blast. Smack the bottom of the fan motor with your palm. Does fan run?
If the fan did not run then I'd probably run some electrical tests on the power transistor.
