Crankshaft code P1361

Just now I was driving my car and I realized a change in power on my manual 02 civic .I wasn't getting any power from it and it was taking long to start but when it start up, It was ok . Driving home it didn't have any power in 5 gear and when I made it home I scan it and this is the code I got from it.. ( P1361 ) it's a crankshaft sensor. I realized when I rebuild the engine and put it back together I'm hearing a sound coming from the side where the alternator, power steering pump at but I didn't take it seriously but when I look up the code,
the explanation that it gives it said something about noise so I dont know if it's the noise that I'm continuously hearin its talking about. Any advice on this problem from a pro? It will do me good.

Recheck timing belt marks to make sure camshaft and crankshaft are aligned.

Recheck you actually plugged the sensor back in.

Strange sounds? Possible you put the covers back on with bolts in wrong spots or the lower cover tabs were all broken so it’s rubbing on the balancer?

Re: Crankshaft code P1361

Ok.i will do all that. If I take out my pcm ,do I need to prime the fuel pump before the car actually start? I I bought a pcm and full key system on ebay,it said plug and play mean it dont need anything else to dine to it before it works but I replaced mine with the one I bought from Ebay and the car not starting. The same number in my pcm and everything else match up.
2002 civic ex
Mt, V-tec coupe and the number on the pcm match like I said but it not starting..I was thinking if I need to turn the key and let it sit for awhile before i start it.
