Getting a crankshaft position sensor code still
I have a 1998 civic lx Japanese made d16y7 motor non vtec and received a crankshaft position sensor code in which I replaced still getting same code after brain was cleared car has more power then it did but after it warms up it bogs down can't get up to highway speed or if you try and punch it forget about it it will make you go slower and start to chug I have check wiring harness to cps all is good distributor is new with cap and rotor cleaned throttle body and butterfly what it feels like to me is that the catalytic converter is clogged when it warms up please help I'm outta ideas what could be wrong

What is the code number? Are you chasing the correct parts in the correct area?
CKP (CranKshaft Position) sensor is inside the distributor.
CKF (CranKshaft Fluctuation) sensor is on the front by the crankshaft timing gear.

Have you followed the appropriate troubleshooting procedures in your service manual?
Did you check for damaged wiring and poor connections from sensor all the way to the PCM??
Is the crank timing gear on backwards? (IDK if that's possible)
