Question No Headlights!

So when I started my car up this evening ('02 Civic LX, MT, 140,000+ km) my DRL light is on (after releasing e-brake, but without lights turned on), the SRS light is on, and the Battery light is flickering intermittently.

When I turn the light switch on, the DRL indicator goes out, but I only get the marker lights on... no low or high beams at all.

After 30-40 mins of driving, the battery light stopped blinking for the most part.

After about 1.5 hrs driving, stopping and re-starting the car, no more SRS light, but still no headlights.

2 DRL fuses under the dash and 2 headlight fuses under the hood are all fine.

I also removed, re-sanded, and re-attached the ground wires behind the passenger headlight because I have them re-located due to my CAI mount.

Anyone have any ideas?
