gas gauge not working

gas gauge not working
Hello to all. I need some help.
My gas gauge doest work period. Rpm, mph, temp gauges work fine. Do I need to replace the cluster or can I fix this. I checked the fuel pump fuse and its good.
So any post will help. Thanks.

is this an 2001-2002 civic you r talking about? if so honda put out a TSB witch i think was turned in to a recall. the connector on the sending unit on top of the gas tank as a problem with coroding and not getting a good conection cuzing the guage not to work and in some cases cuzed the car to stall or or not start. check with your honda dealer to see if it was turned in to a recall or not. you may beable to have it fixed for free.
