Hi there. I have a 2019 honda civic lx. My bluetooth randomly stopped working while I was driving. When I go to connect it says “phone pairing” but it’s not my phone, it’s a random add and it will not let me delete devices or add. When I click on the phone button on the radio it automatically goes to the “phone pairing” but there is no phone around that is labeled under “phone”. I tried doing bluetooth reflash and the “00000000” it tells me to look for does not show on my phone bluetooth list. Has anyone ever had this problem? Any ideas on what to do? I’ve also tried disconnecting my battery to reset it all.
