I have a 2019 Civic EX-T. My Samsung S9 is paired with it. On the Infotainment screen, when I call someone, the picture from the contacts in my phone does not match with the person I am calling. I'm not sure if this is happening for every contact, but it definitely is happening on multiple contacts. My phone displays the contact picture correctly. So, something is out of sync with the way it displays or synced with my car. Is there any way to fix this, or do I have to just remove it from bluetooth and re-add it again?

This would be my first step. Delete the phone from the radio's memory and delete the radio from your phone's memory. Try re-pairing and see what happens.
