HI all. I have and 2016 civic and a google pixel phone. when my phone is connected with android auto via usb and i receive a call i can hear the other person but they cannot hear me unless I switch the call to speakerphone on the phone itself. BUT the microphone does work when i receive a text and it asks if i want to reply, it captures my response through the mic. I have already tried doing a factory reset. I also tried connecting an iphone via bluetooth and i had the same issue. Does anyone have any ideas for how to trouble shoot this problem since it doesn't seem like the mic itself is broken? Thanks.
