Has anyone here successfully paired their smart phones to their 2020 Honda Civic LX? I've tried pretty much everything to get it to connect (including taking it back to the dealership and even they couldn't figure it out). I've got it to connect to bluetooth for sound, but I'm trying to get the map from google maps to display on the screen. I tried it both with a Samsung Galaxy S9 and with an S24 hands free link and no such luck. I've tried 3 different cables so far instead of just hands free link, but all gave an incompatible error message. I'm going to try one more cable that I know for a fact works on a different car, but I'm out of ideas after that. Any suggestions?
It's a 2020 Honda Civic LX 4D and a Samsung Galaxy S24 if that helps
Did the 2020 LX come with the 9" touchscreen infotainment head unit or the 7" color audio non-touchscreen one? I thought Sport trims or higher only came with the infotainment system (and that's the one you'll need for android auto).
Here's my car (2018 sport hatch) with the 7" color audio
and because I wanted android auto, the 2020 sport head unit I retrofitted into my car
