Question 2019 Civic LX Connectivity Problems
I can't connect my Samsung Galaxy S5 (I know) to my used 2019 Honda CIvic LX. The "Add New Device" Button is grayed out and through settings the car still doesn't find my phone. Could it be that my phone is too old to connect? I saw online that certain new phones are the ones only compatible with newer hondas.

What does it say in the owners manual? Might have to clear out the old paired phones.

Thank you, had to clear out the old phones. Was able to connect.
