Passenger side airbag deployed
Hello,
my son has a 2018 Honda Civic. Last week he was driving when all of a sudden his airbags on the passenger side went off. Our local Honda dealership didn’t know what to do and they said they are calling in a specialist to diagnose the problem. They said this is a new one for them. No one was hurt but this could have been dangerous. Has anyone had any experience with this? Any questions to ask about why this happened? Any help is appreciated.

Not sure if 2018s were affected but alot of civics were involved in the takata airbag recall.
