In Park, after applying the brake, the car still rocks backwards when you park

In Park, after applying the brake, the car still rocks backwards when you park
My 2020 Automatic Civic, moves after you have applied Park. I routinely apply the brake, then into Neutral, then into Park, but car still rocks backward. It is as if the brake hasn't worked, which it does, or is there a fault in the transmission, with Park?
