Car newbie here, i recently bought a used 2019 Civic with 60,000 miles and been using it for almost 2 months now without any issues until I used it in sports mode for about 30 mins, then after going back to normal D, it started jerking hard (throwing your head a little bit) while accelerating and losing power when stopped to a traffic light. However, when I parked and turn off the engine for about half hour, the jerking disappears like nothing has happened. ¡ drove it for a while after that just to make sure but the jerking just vanished.

What could be the issue behind this?
