need some advices

hi all,
i'm new to this forum. so just wanna say hi.

plus, i have a small problem. i scatched my side mirror on the side against my OWN garage (dont ask). So there's a dark spot about the size of a quarter. I'm just wondering if i should buy some touchup paint and do it myself or just get it done at the dealership.

thx

Touch it up man... if its only the size of a quarter...

touch up paints like 10 bucks... buy the marker kind.. its more convenient

just wondering, why is it dark colored?

cuz a few months ago, i scratched my rear side fender.... it's plastic just like the side mirror... and it turned up white...

is it cuz of sum other stuff got scratched into it? i talked to this canadian tire guy and he said that the primary layer had been scratched up, therefore its white... hmmm so does that mean that ur scratch/bump is not serious?

well, i scratched the side mirror against wood when i was getting into my garage because stupid me was going too fast. i think i just rubbed the paint off so that's why it's black instead of write. actually, i had no idea

yeah i say touch it up, or if you want to get it painted might aswell get the whole car painted (custom colour) cos just painting the mirror prolly won't be cheap
