Inside rear side panel removal

Inside rear side panel removal
Just bought. 2020 Civic coupe, love it. But it does have a slight annoying noise behind the passenger rear side panel, up kind of high near where the seat belt comes out. Is there a proper way to remove this panel? Before I start pulling I though it’s best to ask.

It’s only a slight vibration noise. I was hoping to just pop off the cover tape up the wire and call it a day, I really hate to go to dealership unless I absolutely have to. It’s probably just held on by clips but I wanted to make sure.
