rear speaker panel diagram ?

rear speaker panel diagram ?
I have a loose screw in the rear speaker panel and I was wondering if anybody knew or had a diagram to show where all the screws are to remove the panel? The noise is really pissin me off, any help would be appreciated , thanks ., oh yah its a 2001 coupe by the way.

maybe run a magnet over the panel and "draw" the screw out....unless its still in the hole and is not tight...then you're on your own...just take the time to pull everything and start over...you learn better by doing....
