2019 Civic LX FWD/ Dome Light Equipment keeps hanging

Question 2019 Civic LX FWD/ Dome Light Equipment keeps hanging
FIrst of all, the dome lights work but the equipment/compartment that holds the dome lights inside my 2019 Honda Civic LX doesn't stay intact for too long and begins to hang after a few days. I have to manually push the equipment back into it's designated hole to momentarily "fix" this problem. Has this happened to any of you? I want to see if there is a way to latch the equipment on permenantly without resorting to adhesives because it's starting to bug me.
