2016 LX with rust between hub caps

I just bought a used 2016 LX with low miles but I just noticed rust on all 4 wheels (see attached).

Anybody else have this issue? Haven't been able to find many other cars with rust this bad. Should I be concerned about spray the wheels to make it look better?

Looks like surface rust.

You can remove it and then hit it with some pimer and black paint to make it look better.

Completely normal, that's more an absence of paint, than actual rust

I have a 2013..the same problem...a Lousy paint job on the wheels by the manufacturer..I am sure you have resolved this problem by now...I still have to take care of the situation...probably light sand,clean and repaint...can I ask what you did to solve this ?
