2016 civic won’t start windshield automatic spray water when I push/start
One day at work my car wouldn’t start. My brake would get hard when I try to start it. Got it towed to a shop and they replace my starter. 2 days later it happen again. When I push start my car it won’t start and my windshield wiper water would automatically spray. I’m 100 sure it’s not on the on position. It would lagg when I start and sometimes it would start unless I try multiple times. Took it back to the shop and they witnessed the automatic windshield wiper water spray and lagging starts. They told he it wasn’t the starter? That it was electrical issues I needed to take it to dealer ship. And the battery they check it was good. Then he double checked the starter and said it was the starter it didn’t sound good so they goin to double check again. I’m so confused about my car issues. But I feel like it might be electric issues. Anybody ever have this issues? My car is currently in the shop again. Hopefully it was the starter.

Not the starter, you have a ground issue or short somewhere.
