The other day my wife took my car for a spin, and when she got back she told me the wipers weren't working. The wipers were stuck about half way up and just jiggled. I lifted them off the windshield and hit the wiper switch and they moved back into their normal position. Parked it in the garage, warmed up the garage and checked again to make sure something wasn't frozen or something weird like that. Still just jiggled. Checked the block fuse and everything appeared fine. so I ordered a replacement wiper motor and linkage. I installed them today and still just jiggled. So then I checked with a friend and he recommended cleaning the battery terminals. So I did that. Still just jiggling. Does anyone have any other thoughts on potential issues here?
