Floorboard soaked?
Floorboard soaked?
2019 Civic Si, my passenger side floor board is totally soaked.
I called the dealership and they could only think of the sun roof. Well. It’s not leaking from there.
Driver side is dry, passenger side weather stripping is good.
Any ideas?
Dealership “can’t” get me in for weeks and I really don’t appreciate two inches of standing water in my car. 😊
Edit:
Took it to the dealership.
They took the carpet out and the undercarriage apart. Used a pressure washer and went all the way round all the windows and under the car and found NOTHING.
They told me to come get it and because they couldn’t recreate any leaks, that there was nothing they could do about it.

Re: Floorboard soaked?
If its under warranty I would not put up with, we can't get you in for weeks unless they take the car and gave me a loaner... other wise I'd be on the phone with people, start wit service writers, then manager, the customer service manager, then sales person you bought it from. You can also complain to Honda.
After that I'd be all over social media trashing that dealer....
Windshield has a seal that could be leaking but that would be strange for a 2019,
and a long shot here Civic's older ones, 8th/9th gen, have a bad reputation of doors not draining well and in heavy rains water gets in where the window seal is and sometimes fills up to the door speakers...
