Rough engine in colder weather

I have a Honda Civic 2009. When the weather below 50°, the engine runs noticeably rougher and takes longer to “warm-up “. It is definitely related to the temperature, as there are no problems in warm weather. Nobody seems to know the reason why this is. Any suggestions?

How is it rougher? It's a small engine, it's going to take some driving to get it warm.

It actually makes the car vibrate noticeably.

None of the above with the possible exception of a bad coolant temp sensor. Is it easy to replace?

Re: Rough engine in colder weather

It's fairly simple, make sure you buy an oem one. Aftermarket ones never seem to work properly. I would check the temp readings with a scanner to see if they look weird before throwing parts at it
