Rough engine in colder weather
Rough engine in colder weather
I have a Honda Civic 2009. When the weather below 50°, the engine runs noticeably rougher and takes longer to “warm-up “. It is definitely related to the temperature, as there are no problems in warm weather. Nobody seems to know the reason why this is. Any suggestions?

It's fairly simple, make sure you buy an oem one. Aftermarket ones never seem to work properly. I would check the temp readings with a scanner to see if they look weird before throwing parts at it
