Car jerks at certain times

Car jerks at certain times
I have a 2019 Civic Sedan sport(automatic) with 5,100 miles on it and the car will jerk when coasting at about 10-15 mph no gas or brake is applied. Just doesn't seem as if it shifts into the lower gears smoothly at all. The car will also abruptly jerk when braking into a stop and the mph are around 6-8. Any ideas please let me know!
